Daniel Richards
Daniel first joined ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW as a placement student, where his skills and approach proved to be a perfect fit for the firm. After graduating, he returned in 2011 as the firm’s first Office Manager. His exceptional performance and drive led to a swift promotion to Operations Manager, a role that allowed him to apply his expertise in business development and his deep understanding of the firm’s inner workings.
As a Partner and Operations Director, Daniel plays a key role in ensuring that ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW operates at its best. He oversees the day-to-day running of the firm’s office in Brighton and Hove, making sure everything runs smoothly so solicitors can focus on delivering outstanding client service. His responsibilities include maintaining and improving the firm’s website and IT systems, planning and managing all administrative support, and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency.
Daniel helps shape the firm’s strategic direction and contributes to long-term planning. He oversees the firm’s student placement scheme, ensuring the recruitment and development of talented individuals who contribute to the firm’s success. He also manages major projects and initiatives and drives innovation to keep the firm moving forward. His leadership and commitment are essential to the continued success and growth of ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW.
