- Pay as you go ‘My DPO’: The Data Protection Officer, or DPO, is your expert data protection and privacy advisor, ready to work with you on everything from assessing compliance to facing the ICO in the event of a data security breach or investigation. Our experts have extensive data protection knowledge as well as being commercially astute. As your business’ DPO, we will give a balanced perspective to help your business navigate through the huge amount of information that continues to be released and thrive in the current regulatory environment. This scheme assigns you one of our data protection and privacy experts as your business’ “DPO” and allows you to seek advice and guidance on legal matters at any time on an ad hoc basis. All work carried out under the scheme is done at a reduced hourly rate.
