The Business Greenhouse Initiative is a non-for-profit scheme set up by ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW to support start-up growth. The initiative offers 3 packages that will give your start up a legal leg-up.
Here are the packages on offer:
SEED
Perfect for those early on in their business stage this Seed Package includes; Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookies, Debt Rec Proforma. Available for
£695+VAT
GROWTH
Ideal for when you have a small foundation for your business; this Growth Package includes the whole Seed Package plus an IP Ownership Contract at
£995+VAT
BLOSSOM
For start-ups in their advanced stage, this deal captures both the Seed & Growth Packages and adds a Trademark Registration plus one initial report on the TM search for
£1295 + VAT
DO YOU QUALIFY?
Get in touch if your start-up business has:
- Up to 3 members (those can be shareholders, directors, employees or freelancers)
- Turnover of £300,000 per annum or less; and
- Has been trading for no more than 3 years
We are also offering a whopping 50% discount on some other key start-up contracts. Those documents will help get your business legally ready and protect you personally and your business.
