Commercial Property Paralegal
Elizabeth joined Acumen Law’s Commercial Property department and is currently preparing to undertake the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor in the near future.
Elizabeth accumulated experience in commercial and residential conveyancing in Sussex. Her expertise spans a range of matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential lease extensions, Deeds of Surrender, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, indemnity policies, and conducting searches. She has also worked closely with lenders and agents and managed property completions.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys staying active through sports such as netball, tennis, and running.
